Company FixIS Provided complete transfer of IT infrastructure, preparation of server room and design of technological background in the new company premises FixDistribution s.r.o.. The project focused on creating a modern, functional and secure office environment with an emphasis on design, efficiency and technology integration.

Main steps of the project:

  • Server room preparation and infrastructure move – We have completed the complete transfer of servers, network elements and workstations to the new company headquarters, including the design and equipping of the server room.
  • Bespoke security system – We designed and implemented a comprehensive security infrastructure that includes an access control system and CCTV covering all important areas.
  • State-of-the-art meeting rooms – We designed and equipped two professional meeting rooms built on Logitech technology, including touch panels and integration with Microsoft Teams Conference Room, ensuring quality communication and easy control of video conferencing.
  • Unified working style – All workstations were organised and equipped in a unified visual style, in line with the design concept of the new offices, including the choice of peripherals, monitors and ergonomic elements.
  • Reliable internet connectivity – The new offices were equipped with two independent internet connections connected via encrypted tunnels (VPN) and a network balancer, ensuring high availability of connectivity to cloud services and corporate systems without downtime.
