Company FixIS designed and implemented a solution to automate the recruitment process for the company FixDistribution s.r.o.. The goal was to streamline collaboration between departments, eliminate repetitive manual steps and reduce the error rate when onboarding employees.
Main steps of the project:
- Consultations with teams – At the beginning of the project, interviews were held with HR, IT department and other key personnel, on the basis of which we created a complete process map.
- Design and digitalization of the process – We prepared a clear onboarding flowchart, which was subsequently implemented using Microsoft Power Automate in the environment Office 365.
- Automation of tasks and requests – The system automatically generates all necessary requests (e.g. IT equipment, access, access cards) and distributes them to the responsible departments.
- Link to Equipment and Approval – The solution allows you to record what equipment will be assigned to an employee and tracks their status through to equipment confirmation.
